General description
Carmarthenshire Council have an upcoming school building programme, of which Burry Port is the first. The intention is that the lessons learned from this school project will be transferred to subsequent projects. The Council have a desire for a very low energy building with low running costs for the Local Authority. They also wish to utilise local materials and supply chains as much as possible.
