General description
Het woonzorgcentrum in Vroomshoop is in april 2014 in gebruik genomen en bevat 21 appartementen en een ‘ouder-kind voorziening’. Daarnaast zijn er gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen: woonkamers, een keuken, kantoorruimte en twee logeerkamers. Het centrum ademt duurzaamheid. Niet alleen ten aanzien van producten en materialen, maar ook wat betreft ontwerpmethodiek en procesaanpak. De bewoners zijn mensen met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking.

Energy efficiency and use of renewables
Passive House 15 kWh/m2/a, 10 W/m2 warm water with suncollectors. The first months of the heating curve of the boiler was set too low at 40 degrees. This was the intended 48gr in the air duct not catch and was too cold in the apartment.
