General description
The hostel energy efficient reconstruction with passive house components, getting specific space heat demand usage of 9.8 kwh/m2 in a year. The advantage is C02 emission reduce for 169,2 t in a year or 90,2 %. Calculated energy emission for heating reduces for 88,4% from 154,8 kwh/m2 in a year, and C02/Ls emission effectiveness index is reduced to 0,35 kg/Ls in a year. The purpose of this project is to practically illustrate the example of energy efficiency as well as environmentally friendly solutions of improving living environment. Project will put a great impact on developing Ergli Vocational Secondary School and the whole Ergli Region by improving the infrastructure of the education. In general this project is the beginning of creating the Eco Construction recourse centre, based in Ergli Vocational Secondary school.
