General description

Residence for Senior citizens, Olympic Village Demographic changes lead to a growing demand of care and accomodation for elderly people within the district. To comply with this Needs, an international tender for an architectural competion was announced in 2011. The Jury awarded ARTEC architects with the first prize, decicive were the urban and landscaping qualities of their contribution. The building is situated on pilotis near the inn river, allowing a penetration of building and public areas. All 118 apartments as the common areas are benefitting from parc and exterior green, the roofs are used as terraces. The construction was finished in autumn 2014 and settled in spring 2015.
